Hand-formed wagyu patties by the grill

Welcome to Gui’s Burger, our Wagyu burger restaurant in Ashiya, Hyōgo. We curate our own 100% Wagyu, sourced directly from farms across Japan and ground fresh in-house, every single day.

Gui’s Burger（ギーズバーガー）は、兵庫県芦屋市にある和牛バーガー専門店です。和牛の背景にある人やストーリーを「食体験」として届けることを目的としています。

The concept

Meet your wagyu

コンセプトは「MEET YOUR WAGYU」。どの農家が育てた和牛なのか、どの地域のものなのかといった背景まで含めて体験できることを大切にしています。提供するバーガーはすべて、日本全国の農家から直接仕入れた和牛のみを使用し、つなぎや添加物を一切使わず、毎日店内で新鮮に挽いたパティで構成されています。シンプルな構成の中で、和牛そのものの個性を伝える設計となっています。
